The Executive Committee meeting took place on 13th October, 2026 and was chaired by Honourable Peter N. N. To-ang, Municipal Chief Executive of Jirapa.
Chairperson’s of the various subcommittees deliberated on recommendations submitted.
Some of the issues included Renovation of the Education and Health Director’s official residence, Electricity extension to health facilities without access, opening up of roads, Ambulance service vehicle repairs.
The Draft Composite Annual Action Plan and Budget was presented for consideration and onward submission to the General Assembly.
The Honorable MCE in his closing remarks thanked honourable members for their active participation and assured them that he will do his best to implement the recommendations when approved by the General Assembly.
